Best at Home Physiotherapy is a home visiting physiotherapy service providing professional physiotherapy care to older adults. The Team has over 20 years of experience working with clients who require rehabilitation and reconditioning post illness, operation or injury. 

We are passionate about providing client-centred and goals-based care in the comfort of your own home so that you can stay well at home.

We offer professional physiotherapy care in the comfort of your own home. Our Physiotherapy focus is generally exercise or movement based and may include strengthening, balance retraining, mobility training, mobility aid review, carer/support person training and functional retraining. 

We can also provide you with strategies to reduce your chance of falling while at home or out and about in the community.

We are based in the Western suburbs of Melbourne however should you require service outside of this please contact us to discuss your options. 

Our fees range from $150 for a 30-minute Telehealth session to $210 per hour for an in-home or mobile Physiotherapy session.

Your session length and fee will depend on your individual needs. We will discuss this with you upon booking and throughout your journey with us.

We currently see clients who are self- funded, covered by Private Health Insurance or have approved Physiotherapy through Support at Home and can provide invoices as requested.

You will be required to pay in full on the day of service unless your service has been arranged through your Support at Home provider in which case they will manage your payments. 

We have online payment facilities and can accept payment by bank transfer. 

100% of the scheduled fee may apply for all cancellations made within two business days of the booking unless the cancellation is made on reasonable grounds.

No, you do not need a referral to see a physiotherapist at Best at Home Physiotherapy however, any additional information from your GP or healthcare provider can assist us to provide the best care we can.
